Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem zadlužení domácností v České republice v průběhu současné finanční krize. Teoretická část je věnována příčinám vzniku finanční krize. Dále jsou zde analyzovány úvěrové produkty, jejichž vývoj je podrobněji popsán v praktické části, a instituce poskytující tyto produkty. V praktické části je provedena analýza vývoje zadlužení a schopnosti domácností splácet své závazky v komparaci s příčinami tohoto vývoje. Práce identifikuje faktory, které působí na zadlužení domácností a analyzuje změny, které nastaly v souvislosti s finanční krizí. This bachelor work deals with the development of indebtedness of the households in the Czech Republic during current financial crisis. The theoretical part presents the causes of financial crisis. Furthermore, the credit products, whose development is described in more detail in the practical part, and the institutions providing these products are examined in this work. In the practical part the progress of debt and households' ability to pay for their liabilities is analysed in comparison with the causes of this development. The work identifies the factors that affect the household debt and analyzing the changes that have occurred in connection with the financial crisis.
