V červnu r. 2006 se uskutečnila zkouška na objektu před demolicí v areálu Mittal Steel v Ostravě. Jednalo se o třípodlažní objekt s konstrukcí z ocelového skeletu s kloubovými přípoji čelní deskou. Cílem zkoušky bylo ověřit chování konstrukce za požáru a prohloubení znalostí o teplotě styčníků a vnitřních silách v konstrukci za zvýšených teplot. The paper describes a fire experiment carried out in June of 2006 on an industrial building in the area of Mittal Steel Company in Ostrava. The aim of the fire test was to broaden the knowledge of behaviour of partly fire-protected steel frame in fire.
