Diplomová práce analyzuje, jaký dopad přinesly legislativní změny v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů, obsažené v novele zákoníku práce a zákona o daních z příjmů, na mzdu zaměstnance a na daňově uznatelné náklady zaměstnavatele v roce 2008 oproti roku 2007. Práce se dělí na tři části. První kapitola se zabývá objasněním pojmu zaměstnanecké benefity, podává přehled zaměstnaneckých benefitů a dále ukazuje daňové řešení benefitů na straně zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. V druhé kapitole jsou detailně charakterizovány vybrané zaměstnanecké benefity. Třetí kapitola je analytická, kde je na modelovém příkladě ukázán dopad legislativních změn vybraných benefitů. K identifikaci a kvantifikaci reformních dopadů jsou použity obecně vědní metody, konkrétně komparační analýza a syntéza. Diploma thesis analyzes the impact of the legislative changes in employee benefits, contained in an amendment of the Labor Code and the Income Taxes Act on employee salary and the employer`s tax deductible expenses in 2008 compared to 2007. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter deals with clarifying the concept of employee benefits, an overview of employee benefits, and further illustrates the tax solution of benefits. In the second chapter the selected employee benefits are characterized. The third chapter is analytical, there is shown the impact of the legislative changes in employee benefits. Comparative analysis and synthesis are used to identify and quantify the impact of the changes.
