Cílem této práce je představit běžnou nabídku benefitů a zmapovat jejich daňovou výhodnost, posoudit vliv finanční krize na strukturu a množství benefitů, které jsou firmy ochotné poskytovat a posoudit systém poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétní firmě, a to zejména s ohledem na informovanost a spokojenost zaměstnanců. The aim of the bachelor thesis theoretically describes the employee benefits offer in the context of tax deductable advantageousness, summarizing influence of the economic crises on the structure and quantity of employee benefits, being offered by employer. The aim of the practical part is to prove whether employees know about all types of benefits and how often are the types used
