Práce zkoumá význam standardů kvality sociálních služeb z pohledu zaměstnance sociální služby. Text této práce je rozdělen do dvou hlavních částí. První je část teoretická, zabývá se vymezením pojmů, definice sociální služby, kvalita v sociálních službách, význam a tvorba standardů kvality sociálních služeb a jejich kontrola, osobnostní předpoklady zaměstnanců sociálních služeb. V praktické části práce bylo realizováno výzkumné šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti Ledax o.p.s., provedena analýza, vyhodnocena data a porovnány výsledky z dotazníkového šetření. The work examines the importance of quality standards in terms of employee social services. The text of this work is divided into two main parts. The first is theoretical and deals the definition of terms - definition of social services, quality of social services, the importance of creation of standards and quality of social services and their control, personality traits social service employees. In the practical part I realized my research among employees Ledax o.p.s., analyzed, evaluated data and compared the results of the questionnaire survey.
