Téma bakalářské práce bylo zvoleno s ohledem na nezanedbatelnou problematiku uplatňování na pracovním trhu. Práce blíže sleduje specifické skupiny obyvatel a to: absolventy škol a občany starší 50ti let v Kraji Vysočina za léta 2000-2011 a snaží se zanalyzovat a zobrazit situaci na trhu práce, srovnat nabídku s poptávku u vybraných skupin. Z výsledků práce je možno sledovat trend růstu počtu vzdělaných osob a prodlužování střední délky života, což směřuje k růstu počtu zájemců o kvalifikované i méně kvalifikované pracovní pozice, ale i přesto jsou míry nezaměstnanosti v Kraji Vysočina nižší než v České republice. The topic of this thesis was chosen due to significant implementation problems in the labor market. Working closely monitors specific population groups, namely: school leavers and those aged over 50 years in the region Vysočina in the years 2000 to 2011 and try to analyze and view the situation on the labor market, level of supply and demand in selected groups. The results of the work can be observed trend in the increased number of educated people and life expectancy, which aims to increase the number of people interested in skilled and less-skilled jobs, but even though unemployment rates are in the region Vysočina lower than in the Czech Republic.
