Česká republika se v roce 2013 jako poslední postkomunistická země střední Evropy pokusí dokončit reformu svého důchodového systému zavedením kapitálového pilíře. Práce se zabývá a hodnotí fiskální dopady důchodové reformy současné vlády a snaží se upozornit na její klady i případná rizika. The Czech republic will try to end the transformation of its pension system by introduction of funded private pillar next year. It is the last post-communist country in central Europe that will try to do so. This bachelors thesis discusses and evaluates fiscal impacts of the reform and warns about its positives and potential threats.
