Práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností osob s vyšším odborným a vysokoškolským vzděláním na trhu práce v okrese Pelhřimov. Zaměřuje se na cenové ohodnocení, postavení ve společnosti, vzdělanostní strukturu, ale i na celkovou kvalitu života. K hodnocení uplatnění na trhu práce je použit systém pravidelného monitorování výdělkové úrovně zaměstnanců v České republice. Práce se z části zabývá také reformou terciárního vzdělávání, jež do určité míry ovlivňuje a bude ovlivňovat uplatnění těchto osob na trhu práce. Analyzuje zkoumaný lokální trh práce za pomoci Úřadu práce v Pelhřimově, částečně se dotýká i nezaměstnanosti absolventů a vyhodnocuje pohled osmi zaměstnavatelů na tomto trhu. Na základě získaných dat od Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a následným porovnáním s výsledky dotazníkového šetření u zaměstnavatelů byla potvrzena hypotéza, že o osoby s bakalářským a vyšším odborným vzděláním, není na trhu práce příliš velký zájem. The work is concerned with unemployment of persons with higher and university education in the job market within the District of Pelhrimov. It focuses on price rating, social position, educational structure, as well as on total quality of life. Regular monitoring system of employees income level in the Czech Republic is used to evaluate opportunities in the job market. The work is also partly concerned with tertiary education reforms that in a certain way impact and will impact on opportunities for these persons in the job market. It analyzes the local job market investigated with assistance of Employment Office in Pelhrimov and it also partly affects graduate unemployment and evaluates views of eight employers in this market. On the basis of data supplied by Ministery of Labour and Social Affairs and subsequent comparison with results of employers investigation questionnaire, the assumption that in the job market there is not enough interest in persons with bachelor's degree or higher education was confirmed.
