Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit možnou strategii ocelářského podniku ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Součástí tvorby strategie je strtategická analýza, rozdělená na externí a interní část a koneřná SWOT analýza. Na základě těchto údajů probíhá zhodnocení a výběr strategické varianty a nástin její implementace a kontroly. The aim of this thesis is to develop a possible strategy for the steel company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. First part of thesis is about the strategy analysis creation. Its divided into external and internal analysis parts and final SWOT analysis. Final part of thesis concludes evaluation and selection of optimal strategy and outline its implementation and monitoring.
