Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přímých zahraničních investic v územním regionu - Liberecký kraj. Cílem práce je zjistit a určit přínosy a zápory zahraničních investic v daném regionu z hlediska tří pilířů trvale udržitelného rozvoje (ekonomické, sociální a ekologické hledisko). Tematicky se práce člení na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. Úvodní teoretická část se věnuje obecným informacím o daném regionu, systematizací přímých zahraničních investic a definicí třech pilířů trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Praktická část analyzuje příliv přímých zahraničních investic v konkrétním regionu. This thesis deals with the issue of FDI in the territorial region - Liberec Region. The aim is to detect and identify the benefits and disadvantages of foreign investment in the region in terms of the three pillars of sustainable development (economic, social and environmental aspects). Thematically, the work is divided into two main parts: a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with general information about the region, systematizing foreign direct investment and the definition of the three pillars of sustainable development. The practical part analyzes the inflow of foreign direct investment in a particular region.
