[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelnosti v rozvoji cestovního ruchu v Albánii. Cílem práce je podrobná analýza této problematiky v této balkánské zemi. První kapitola se zaměřuje na udržitelný rozvoj obecně a dále na problematiku udržitelného rozvoje cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje zemi pomocí základních údajů, historického vývoje a popsáním ekonomické situace. Na tuto charakteristiku navazuje třetí kapitola s popisem Albánie jako turistické destinace s jejími atraktivitami a charakteristikou cestovního ruchu. Konečně čtvrtá kapitola představuje stěžejní část celé diplomové práce s podrobnou analýzou udržitelnosti v rozvoji cestovního ruchu se závěrečným vyhodnocením celé problematiky pomocí vytvořené SWOT analýzy.The final thesis deals with the sustainable tourism development in the destination of Albania. First chapter tries to explain the most important definitions such as sustainable development in its general conception and the sustainable tourism development as the specific form. Second chapter describes Albania as a country with basic information, history or economic situation. Third chapter follows describing Albania as a tourist destination. Last chapter represents the key part of the whole document. It analyses the sustainability in the development of tourism in the country with the final creation of SWOT analysis and recommendations.
