[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodářskými a politickými okolnostmi vedoucími k dekolonizaci Indie. Cílem práce je analyzovat politickou a hospodářskou situaci v Britské Indii od začátku druhé světové války do roku 1947. Práce se zabývá klíčovými politickými jednáními, která bezprostředně vedla k dekolonizaci Indie. Zároveň analyzuje dopady druhé světové války a let 1945-1947 na průmysl, zemědělství a zahraniční obchod. Dále se věnuje problematice válečného financování a hospodaření státu v průběhu druhé světové války a zkoumá jeho dopady na situaci v Indii.This thesis deals with the economic and political circumstances leading to the decolonization of India. The aim of thesis is to analyze the political and economic situation in British India since the beginning of World War II until 1947. The work deals with key political negotiations, which immediately led to the decolonization of India. Also analyzes the impact of the World War II and the following years on industry, agriculture and foreign trade. It also discusses the issues of war funding and state finance during the World War II and explores its impact on the situation in India.
