Bakalářská práce se zabývá poskytováním první psychické pomoci na výjezdech zdravotnické záchranné služby zdravotnickým záchranářem nebo kterýmkoliv členem výjezdové posádky osobě zasažené neprahovou stresovou zátěží. Poukazuje na každodenní potřebu užití intervenčních technik pro zdravotnické záchranáře v dennodenní praxi. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na popis situací formou kazuistik z výjezdů zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje, na kterých byla nutnost užití technik první psychické pomoci. Kazuistiky jsou obohaceny o rozhovory se záchranáři?interventy. This thesis deals with the provision of primary mental health services during emergency operations by a paramedic or any other medical staff to an individual who is in a state of psychological distress. It confirms the need for intervention techniques used by paramedic staff in everyday situations. The research part of this work is focused on the description of situations that make use of primary mental health care. This will be presented in the form of case studies. These were carried out by an emergency medical service in Moravian?Silesian Region (Zdravotnická záchranná služba Moravskoslezského kraje). Additional interviews with paramedics are also enclosed.
