[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytrvalostní běžce s bolestmi Achillovy šlachy. Podává základní poznatky o důvodech těchto obtíží, prevenci a léčbě. Prvním cílem práce bylo popsat možné příčiny vzniku bolesti Achillovy šlachy u vytrvalostních běžců, druhým cílem bylo navrhnout prevenci, třetí cíl byl orientován na sestavení vhodného postupu terapie. Výzkumnou otázkou, kterou jsem si položila, zjišťuji, zda bude mnou navržený terapeutický plán účinný a bude mít význam i jako prevence poranění. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace z oblasti anatomie nohy, dále je zde stručně popsaná vytrvalost a technika běhu, následuje shrnutí možných příčin vzniku poranění či bolesti Achillovy šlachy. Dále jsou vyjmenovány způsoby, kterými je možné poraněním předcházet, následují vyšetřovací metody, kde jsou zmíněny poznatky jak zjistit patologii a na závěr je uveden výčet léčebných metod. K praktickému provedení byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu s technikami rozhovoru, pozorování (vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor), použití speciálních vyšetřovacích metod, zpracování kazuistik a analýza dat. Výzkumný soubor tvořili dva atleti a jedna atletka ze Sokolu Opava, se specializací na vytrvalostní běhy. S každým běžcem byla prováděna přibližně dvou měsíční terapie, výsledky jsou sepsány v podobě kazuistik. Obsahem každé kazuistiky je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a průběh terapie. V závěru kasuistiky je opět kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektů léčby. Výsledky, které tento výzkum přinesl jsou ovlivněny individuálním přístupem a závažností potíží. Bolest zcela ustoupila u jedné osoby, u dvou přetrvává. Tyto dva případy byly ovlivněny následujícími faktory: v prvním případě nebyl dodržen klidový režim a rehabilitace probíhala při plné zátěži, v druhém případě je podstatná závažnost problému, jelikož se jedná o stav po ruptuře Achillovy šlachy. Bakalářská práce byla vypracována za účelem poskytnout mnou zjištěné informace a získané zkušenosti jako informační materiál pro širokou veřejnost, která se o danou problematiku zajímá a především trenérům, běžcům a fyzioterapeutům.This bachelor thesis focuses on long-distance runners suffering from pain of Achilles tendon. It presents basic findings about reasons of the inconvenience, prevention and treatment. The first objective of the thesis was to describe potential causes of pain of Achilles tendon suffered by long-distance runners; the second objective was to propose prevention measures and the third objective was oriented at compilation of a suitable therapeutic procedure. The research questions asked whether the proposed therapeutic plan would be effective and whether it will operate also as a prevention of an injury. The theoretical part contains basic information about the leg anatomy, brief description of long-distance running and its techniques and an overview of potential causes of injury or pain of Achilles tendon. It also contains a lists of methods that prevent the injury and examination methods, including instructions about pathology identification, and it is concluded with a list of treatment methods. The practical part used a method of qualitative research, including interview and observation (input and output kinesiological analyses), special examination methods, processing of case reports and data analysis. The research group consisted of 2 male and one female track and field athletes specializing in long-distance running from the Sokol Opava sports club. Each of them underwent a therapy that lasted approximately two months and the results have been provided in case reports. Each case report includes the case history, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the course of the therapy. Each case report is concluded with a kinesiological analysis and evaluation of treatment effects. Results of the research have been affected by the approach of the individuals and severity of their problems. The pain has completely disappeared in one person and it has persisted in the other two. The two latter cases were affected by the following factors: in the first case the quiet mode was not complied with and the rehabilitation was conducted at full load; in the second case the significant factor was the severity of the problem as the person had suffered Achilles tendon rupture in the past. The bachelor thesis has been written to present the acquired information and experience in order to inform the general public interested in this issue and, particularly, coaches, runners and physiotherapists.
