V první kapitole popisuje hlavní příčiny vzniku globálních problémů chudoby a zadlužení zemí třetího světa. Ve druhé kapitole představuje a popisuje hlavní mezinárodní organizace a jejich agendu zabývající se řešením výše zmíněných problémů. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývá podrobnou analýzou jednotlivých politik mezinárodních organizací, které mají za cíl snižování chudoby a zadlužení třetího světa. In the first chapter, it describes the causes of global problems of poverty and third world debt crisis. In the second chapter it describes the main international institutions concerned with solving mentioned global problems. In the third chapter it analyzes the politics and instruments of international organizations that are focused on solving poverty and third world debt crisis.
