Provést externí a interní analýzu a podle těchto analýz zpracovat strategii budoucího vývoje daného podniku. To create strategic (external and internal) analysis of Pivovar Ježek Jihlava is main goal of thesis. After this analysis to formulate strategy for future development of this company.
