Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti ABC Pojištění s. r. o. - provést externí a interní analýzu. A na základě těchto analýz navrhnout takové změny, které pozitivně ovlivní budoucí vývoj společnosti. The main goal of this Diploma Thesis is to create a strategic analysis of ABC Pojištění s.r.o. - to make external and internal analysis. And on the basis of this strategic analysis define changes that will improve the position of the company - such changes that will improve sales, market share and profit of the company.
