Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení nového podniku. V první části vymezuje základní pojmy, definice a zabývá se obecným popisem podniku a podnikání. Druhá část se věnuje konkrétnímu založení určitého podniku a vypočítává na třech variantách (reálná, optimistická, pesimistická) možný úspěch či neúspěch podniku na trhu. This thesis deals with the issue of establishing a new business. The first part defines the basic concepts, definitions, and deals with a general description of the company and business. The second part deals with the particular establishment of an enterprise and calculates the three variants (fair, optimistic, pessimistic) the possible success or failure of the enterprise market.
