V dubnu 2012 bylo v pravidelném šetření Naše společnost zkoumáno téma Evropské unie. Byla zjišťována spokojenost s členstvím v Evropské unii, měřena hloubka vztahu prostřednictvím pocitu hrdosti na příslušnost k unii a frekvenci takového pocitu. Dále byly zkoumány názory na to, zda jsou rozhodnutí unie v zájmu České republiky a v zájmu obyčejných lidí, a v neposlední řadě také mínění o uplatňování různých hodnot jako jsou např. spolupráce, solidarita, rovnost nebo spravedlnost v rámci unie. In April 2012 Public Opinion Research Centre investigated if Czechs believe, that decisions of the EU are in behalf of the Czech Republic and ordinary people (like themselves). There was also investigated, whether, according to Czech citizens, values such as democracy, equality, cooperation, tolerance, justice and solidarity are applied in the European Union. Moreover, CVVM probed satisfaction with EU membership and Czechs also talked about measure of their pride in context of being citizens of European Union.
