Cílem práce je analýza činnosti občanského sdružení SAOP. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž v první budou charakterizována teoretická východiska, která pak budou v druhé praktické části aplikovány na subjekt zkoumání. Praktická část bude v úvodu obsahovat představení organizace, jejích cílů a aktivit. Následně bude zhodnocena její současná situace z hlediska strategického a finančního. Strategická analýza bude rozdělena na tři části. První bude věnována analýze vnějšího prostředí (makro a mikro okolí), druhá pak analýze vnitřního prostředí, včetně zhodnocení zdrojů. Syntéza těchto dvou části by měla vygenerovat přednosti a slabiny organizace. Finanční analýza bude obsahovat přehled dosavadních zdrojů financí, fundraisingu a nástin finančního plánu týkajícího se nového projektu. The goal of this thesis is an analysis of the SAOP civic association. It is divided into two parts; the first delineates a theoretical background, which is then applied to the subject of interest in the second part. The practical part introduces the organization, its goals and activities. Consequently it evaluates the organization's present situation from a strategic and financial point of view. The strategic analysis contains three sub-parts. They are respectively dedicated to an examination of the organization's surroundings (macro and micro environment), to an analysis of its internal workings including resources, and to a synthesis of these two which would produce the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. The financial analysis encompasses an overview of financial resources, fundraising and a draft financial plan for the organization's new project.
