Bakalářská práce je věnována analýze systému zaměstnaneckých výhod. Teoretická část práce vymezuje samotný pojem zaměstnanecké výhody, popisuje nejznámnější zaměstnanecké výhody a současné trendy v této oblasti. Cílem navazující praktické části je analyzovat systém zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétním zdravotnickém zařízení na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření a srovnání s konkurencí. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the system employee benefits system. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term employee benefits and describes the most widely known benefits and current trends in this area. The main aim of the following practical part is to analyse the system of employee benefit in concrete medical facility on the basis of questionnaire survey and competitive comparison.
