Cílem diplomové práce je popis a analýza současného stavu systému managementu ve společnosti OFA s.r.o. vzhledem k požadavkům stanovených v normě ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. Výsledky práce budou sloužit jako základ pro případnou implementaci systému managementu kvality dle normy a následnou certifikaci. Diplomová práce obsahuje doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení ve vztahu k systému managementu dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu kvalita a důvody zájmu o kvalitu a dále na systémy managementu kvality včetně systému dle norem ISO řady 9000. The goal of the Master's Thesis is to describe and analyze the current situation of the management system with regard to compliance of standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 requirements at OFA Ltd. The result of the thesis will be used as basic information for implementation and subsequent certification of the quality management system at the company. The Master's Thesis contains improvement recommendations and suggestions oriented on quality management system at OFA Ltd. In the theoretical part is described the term quality and explain why quality is important nowadays. In that part are also mentioned some concrete quality management systems including the system of the international standard ISO 9001.
