Bakalářská práce dokumentuje problematiku ztráty zaměstnání a její vliv na sociální a psychologické prostředí člověka. Znázorňuje provázanost mezi nezaměstnaností a psychologickými faktory a zároveň popisuje změny v sociálním prostředí nezaměstnaného. Jádrem práce je popis základních charakteristik nezaměstnanosti, psychologických a sociálních vlivů a státní politiky zaměstnanosti. Neméně podstatnou část práce tvoří průzkum zaměřený na postoje, znalosti studentů VŠE, fakulty managementu v rámci tématu o ztrátě zaměstnání. Práce také naráží na současný problém redistribuce v sociální politice České Republiky a dále také popisuje jednotlivé články státní politiky zaměstnanosti. Data v bakalářské práci jsou relevantní k červnu 2012 a zákonům platným k tomuto datu. Bachelor's thesis documents the process of notices and their influence on social and psychological human's enviroment. The thesis shows the interconnections between unemployment and psychological human's factors and also describes the changes in his social enviroment. The core of thesis is description of current characteristics of the unemployment, social and psychological influences and at last some characteristics about state employment policy. The thesis also includes the current problem of redistribution in social politics in Czech republic and suggests posibilities to rightful solution. The data in the bachelor's thesis are relevant to June 2012 and the laws valid to this date.
