Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem založit plantáže rychle rostoucích topolů na zemědělské půdě, za účelem produkce energie. Cílem práce je vytvořit a analyzovat konkrétní podnikatelský plán na produkci rychle rostoucích dřevin v kraji Vysočina. Teoretická část pojednává o obecné problematice rychle rostoucích dřevin, energetické koncepci České republiky a samozřejmě také obsahuje návod pro napsání kvalitního podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje rozšířenou verzi podnikatelského plánu na založení plantáže rychle rostoucích topolů, detailní strategickou analýzu, ekonomické aspekty a zhodnocení celého záměru. V práci jsou také návrhy na zlepšení celého projektu. This thesis deals with the business plan to establish plantations of fast-growing poplar on agricultural land for the production of energy. The target is to create and analyze a business plan for the production of fast-growing trees in the region Vysočina. Theoretical part deals with general information of fast-growing trees, energy conception of the Czech Republic and of course also instructions for writing a quality business plan. The practical part contains an extended version of the business plan for the establishment of plantations of fast-growing poplar, strategic analysis, economic aspects and evaluation of the whole project. In this thesis are also suggestions to improve the project.
