Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro existující vzdělávací agenturu, která připravuje větší investiční akci (nákup vlastních kanceláři v Praze) a chce si ověřit reálnost a životaschopnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru. Součástí této práce je propočet efektivnosti této investiční akce a posouzení jejího vlivu na ekonomiku celé firmy. K tomuto účelu budou využity nástroje podnikatelského plánu. V závěru diplomové práce budou shrnuty výsledky porovnání koupě a pronájmu kancelářských prostor s doporučením pro firmu, jak postupovat dál. Veškerá informace uvedená v tomto podnikatelském plánu, jakož i grafická vyobrazení, loga a schémata jsou považovány za důvěrné. Jejich kopírování, šíření nebo předávání třetím osobám je podmíněno písemným souhlasem autora tohoto dokumentu. The main objective of the thesis is to prepare and build a business plan for existing educational agency, currently preparing for a larger investment -- company's Prague office purchase. Another aim of this work is also verifying the feasibility and viability of the business plan. Calculation of the investment efficiency and analysis of its impact on the economy of the entire company represents another integral part of this work. In achieving the aim of the given thesis, the business plan tools were applied. All information provided in this business plan including it's graphic, images, logos and diagrams are confidential. Copy or distribution to the third parties is subject to written agreement of the author.
