Tato práce je zaměřena na vytvoření jednotného pohledu v oblasti poznávacích procesů. Konkrétně se jedná o rozbor stanovující význam poznávacích procesů pro celé odvětví umělé inteligence. Celá tato oblast je popsána skrze rozbor biologických poznávacích procesů a jejich následné srovnání s procesy umělé inteligence a dále také celkový rozbor jejich omezení či jejich využití. Práce dále obsahuje stručný přehled architektury umělé inteligence a filozofickou stať zaměřenou na vztah mysli a těla. V závěru práce je pak uveden projekt od společnosti IBM, který je velice důležitý pro své schopnosti práce s přirozeným jazykem a porozumění obsahu kladených požadavků. This work is aimed at creating a single view in the field of cognitive processes. Namely it is analysis of providing importance of cognitive processes for the entire field of artificial intelligence. The whole area of cognitive processes is described through the analysis of biological cognitive processes and their subsequent comparison with the processes of artificial intelligence and also the overall analysis of their limitations and their use. The work also contains a brief overview of the architecture of artificial intelligence and philosophical essay focused on the relationship of mind and body. In the end we present a project from IBM workshop, which is very important for their ability to work with natural language and understanding the content of questions asked.
