[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou efektivnosti využívání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské Unie, které jsou alokovány do tzv. měkkých projektů na Mostecku. Pod pojmem měkký projekt si představíme projekt, který se snaží o plynulé navracení dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných zpět na trh práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je nalézt odpověď na otázku, zda jsou finanční prostředky poskytnuté Evropským sociálním fondem v období 2007 -- 2013 alokovány do správně zvolených projektů. Tedy takových, které se zaměřují na nejohroženější skupiny na mosteckém trhu práce. První část práce představí pět měkkých projektů uskutečňovaných na Mostecku ve sledovaném období. Druhá část bakalářské práce zhodnotí situaci cílových skupin jednotlivých projektů na mosteckém trhu práce ve srovnání s vybranými pracovními trhy v jiných regionech a celou ČR. Závěrem analytické části bude zhodnocení názorů zaměstnavatelů, kteří se s projekty osobně setkali.The thesis will deal with the analysis of efficient use of European Union funds that are allocated to socalled soft projects in the Most region. By the term a soft project we are talking about a project which is trying to countinuosly return those long term unemloyed on the labour market. The aim of the thesis is to answer whether the funds provided by the European Social Fund in the period between 2007 and 2013 are allocated correctly to selected projects. Therefore those which are focusing on the most vulnerable groups of Most region labour market. The first part will talk about five soft projects which have been implemeted in "Most region" in the reporting period. The second part of this thesis will evaluate on the situation of target groups of individual projects in the "Most region labour market" in comparison with selected labour markets in other regions and an the country as a whole. Analytical part of the thesis will review views of employers whom have encountered with the projects directly.
