[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán nově vznikající společnosti Beautis, která se specializuje na pronájem specializovaného software pro živnostníky a firmy v oblasti kosmetiky a péče o tělo. Smyslem tohoto plánu je ověření, zda je daný projekt realizovatelný. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části bude čtenář seznámen s několika pojmy, které souvisí s podnikatelskou činností. Dále je popsán význam, účel a struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zabývá již samotným podnikatelským plánem společnosti Beautis, který splňuje všechny náležitosti. Mezi hlavní body patří popis firmy klíčových osob a produktu. Dále pak analýza okolí, propagace a marketing, prodejní strategie a předpověď prodeje. V neposlední řadě pak obsahuje detailně rozpracovaný finanční plán na prvních pět let.The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for an emerging company - Beautis, which occupies with rental of specialized software for traders and companies in body care. The purpose of the plan is verification of the project's feasibility. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretic and practical. The first part explains theoretical background of business plan creation, its implication, purpose and structure. The practical part focuses on the realization of the business plan. The main points are the company and the product description, identification of key personalities; furthermore market and environment analysis, promotion, marketing and sales strategy and sales prognosis. Last but not least, the second part contains detailed financial plan for the first five years after the product launch.
