Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vypracování finanční analýzy a finančního plánu společnosti Level Hlinsko, spol. s. r. o. Metodická část nastiňuje konkrétní užívané ukazatele a metody, které jsou prakticky aplikovány pro výsledný ucelený obraz o finanční situaci daného podniku. Jako stěžejní materiál posloužily účetní závěrky podniku za roky 2005 až 2010. U konkrétních finančních ukazatelů bylo provedeno mezipodnikové regionální srovnání, z důvodu objektivnějšího posouzení stavu analyzovaného podniku. Level Hlinsko, spol. s.r.o. je relativně malá stavební společnost, ve které vedení podniku nepracuje s žádnými investičními či jinými plány, proto zpracovaný finanční plán je do jisté míry subjektivním názorem na možnou finanční budoucnost podniku, podepřený prognózovaným vývojem odvětví stavebnictví v Pardubickém kraji. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky společnosti ve zpracované SWOT analýze. Charakteristickým rysem odvětví stavebnictví je relativně vysoká konkurence a velká citlivost na vývoj hospodářského cyklu, jak ustál daný podnik krizová léta 2008 -- 2010, do jaké míry ho to poznamenalo, i to ukázala zpracovaná finanční analýza. Bachelor's thesis focuses on the financial analysis and the financial plan of Level Hlinsko, spol. s. r. o. The methodical part contains particular indicators and techniques used in the practical part to make a complete reflection of the financial situation in the company. The main used sources are economic final accounts for years 2005 -- 2010. The particular financial indicators are compared with the indicators of regional companies for an objective evaluation. Level Hlinsko, spol. s. r. o. is a quite small construction company whose management has not prepared any investment plans. That is the reason why financial plan in the thesis is a kind of subjective opinion supported by the analysis of the construction industry in Pardubice region. The final conclusion reflects the strengths and the weaknesses of Level Hlinsko spol. s. r. o. in SWOT analysis. The construction industry contains many competitors and is really sensitive on the economic cycle. How affected was the company in the critical years 2008 -- 2010 is also showed in this thesis.
