Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na český e-government, respektive na několik důležitých projektů, které v rámci něj vznikly. Čtenář se dozví, co to e-government je, jaké jsou jeho přínosy a proč je dobré zvyšovat jeho kvalitu. První část je zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých projektů veřejné správy českého a estonského e-governmentu. Přínosem této části je porovnání stavu e-služeb mezi Českou republikou a Estonskem a následná doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení situace českého e-governmentu, ať již v oblasti konkrétních projektů či v povědomí občanů o e-službách veřejné správy. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu metodiky pro měření efektivity služeb veřejné správy, včetně ukázky jejího použití. Cílem této části je přinést kritický pohled na metodiku a dále vyhodnocení měření konkrétní e-služby, včetně návrhů na její zlepšení. Závěr je věnován celkovému shrnutí a nejdůležitějším poznatkům, které z této bakalářské práce vyplývají. This thesis focuses on the Czech e-government, or on several important projects that arose within him. The reader will learn what e-government is, what its benefits are and why it is good to improve its quality. The first part focuses on the analysis of individual projects of the Czech e-government and the Estonian e-government. The benefit of this section is to compare the state of e-services between the Czech Republic and Estonia and subsequent recommendations to improve the situation of e-government, whether in specific projects or awareness of e-government services. The second part focuses on the analysis methodology for measuring the effectiveness of public administration, including examples of its use. The aim of this section is to provide a critical look at the methodology of measurement and evaluation of specific e-services, including proposal for its improvement. The conclusion is devoted to an overall summary of the most important knowledge, which is resulting from this thesis.
