[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Pivovar Vysoký Chlumec, a.s. v rozmezí let 2006 aţ 2010. The goal of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the financial health of the joint-stock company Vysoký Chlumec Brewery between the years 2006 and 2010. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the nature and selected tools of financial analysis. These are afterwards in the practical part applied on the selected company and commented on their outputs. Specifically, the methods of financial analysis are absolute, financial and differential ratios, balance rules, economic value added and three representatives of the bankruptcy models. My effort in this thesis is to map the fundamental factors that affected the financial position of the join-stock company Vysoký Chlumec Brewery within a defined period, from the view of an external analyst.
