Předmětem bakalářské práce "Úskalí outsourcingu vývoje IS" je analýza vlivů na vývoj IT systémů, rizika a úskalí s tím spjatá. V teoretické části popisuji vymezení pojmu IT outsourcing včetně důvodů, které vedou podniky k jeho realizaci. V praktické části popisuji firmu 6K, spol. s r.o., její produkty a proces průběhu outsourcingového kontraktu. V poslední části analyzuji konkrétní dopady, výhody a rizika při outsourcingu a navrhuji řešení. The subject of the bachelor's thesis "Troubles IT outsourcing development" is an analysis of influences and risks to development of IT systems. The theoretical part covers the definition of the expression IT outsourcing including the reasons leading to their introduction in companies. In the practical part i describe a company 6K, spol. s r.o., its products and a proces sof outsourcing contract. The last part analyses concrete impact, advantages and threats related to outsourcing and i suggest a solution here.
