Práce se zabývá informačními a komunikačními kanály využívaných studenty na Vysoké škole ekonomické. Slovo kanály můžeme pro lepší představu nahradit slovem zdroje. Primárním cílem práce je identifikovat významné informační a komunikační zdroje, popsat je, zhodnotit a najít jejich nedostatky. Sekundárním cílem práce je zkoumat zdroje, které jsou určeny především pro první ročníky jako, jsou například dny otevřených dveří nebo seznamovací zájezdy. Dle těchto typů zdrojů je také práce rozdělena na dvě části. Cílem práce je najít řešení na odhalené nedostatky jednotlivých identifikovaných kanálů a uvést doporučení na opravu celkové koncepce informování prvních ročníků a na dílčí opravy kanálů, které jsou určeny všem studentům. Pro hodnocení kanálů je k práci přiložen dotazník, který byl rozeslán studentům Vysoké školy ekonomické. This written work is about the information and communication channels that are used by students of University of Economics. The word "channels" can be replaced by the word "sources". Primary goal is to identify important information and communication sources and then describe them, evaluate them and find their deficiencies. Secondary goal is to examine the sources that are designed for students of the first year, for example the day of the open doors or the familiarization tour. Work is divided into two parts according to type of the sources. The aim of work is to find a solution to deal with the revealed shortcomings and introduce recommendation how to repair overall conception of giving the information to the first year students and how to repair channels that are used by all the students. For evaluation of the channel there was made a questionnaire which was send to the students of University of Economics.
