Bakalářská práce se zabývá teprve nedávno vzniklým souborem účetních pravidel, který je určen malým a středním podnikům, tzv. IFRS pro SME. Tento účetní rámec, vytvořený IASB, má ambice stát se do budoucna na poli malých a středních podniků všeobecně používaným dokumentem, jenž globálně zajistí srovnatelnost účetních závěrek. Hlavním cílem práce je proto popsat jeho současnou pozici ve světě a shrnout argumenty pro a proti, které brání či napomáhají dalšímu rozšíření. Podrobněji se tuto skutečnost snaží práce analyzovat na postoji Evropské komise. The bachelor thesis deals with a recently published set of accounting rules intended for small and medium-sized entities, called IFRS for SMEs. This accounting framework created by IASB is aspiring to be general used document ensuring worldwide comparability of financial statements on the field of small and medium-sized entities. Thus, the main objective of this thesis is to describe its current position in the world and to summarize the pros and cons arguments which prevent or encourage next expansion. The thesis tries to analyze this fact in detail in connection of European Commission view.
