Práce se zabývá problematikou specifik informačních systémů, využívaných v organizacích zajišťujících provoz městské hromadné dopravy. Klade si za cíl zmapovat jejich složení a s tím spojená specifika, jimiž se mohou lišit od informačních systémů běžných podniků, zmapovat obecnou problematiku a její zařazení do kontextu rešeršních prací, zjistit, proč a jakým způsobem jsou dílčí části informačního systému organizací získány (zejména míru využití typových a individuálních řešení), jaké jsou problémy a slabiny těchto řešení a jejich celkové koncepce a jaký v oblasti existuje výhled do budoucna. This work deals with the specifics of the information systems used in organizations, which operating public transport. It aims to map out their composition and the associated specifics which may differ from the ordinary business information systems and to map out the general issues and their incorporation into the context of essays, find out the reasons and principles of obtaining of the component parts of the information system (in particular, the rate of utilization of standardized and individual solutions), find out the problems and weaknesses of these solutions and their overall concept and the outlook for the future in this field.
