Táto práce projednává o mandatorních výdajích v České Republice. První část práce obsahuje vymezení a charakteristiku mandatorních výdajů, zkoumá jejich vývojové trendy. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na jednu ze složek mandatorních výdajů a to statní politika zaměstnanosti, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na její pasivní složku - podpory v nezaměstnanosti. Třetí část pojednává možné opatřeni vedoucí ke sníženi podpor v nezaměstnaností. This bachelor thesis deals with the mandatory expenditures in the Czech Republic. The first part of the work is devoted to the concept, characteristic, structure and development of mandatory expenditures. The second part of the work analyzes national employment policy, especially unemployment benefits. The third part offers possible methods that should reduce unemployment benefits.
