Práce je zaměřená na sociální sítě a jejich vliv na HR v organizacích při výběru nových zaměstnanců. Teoretická část obsahuje stručný popis historie personalistiky, úvod do sociálních sítí a některých teorií s nimi spojených. Aby se čtenář dobře orientoval v problematice náboru, je v několika kapitolách zmíněna strategie a možnosti inzerce pracovních míst. Následuje podrobná analýza sociálních sítí Facebook, LinkedIn a Twitter a pracovních portálů. V praktické části bude analyzován dotazník a rozhovory s personalisty. Z obou částí potom bude vytvořen závěr, který by měl shrnout celou diplomovou práci. Záměrem je prozkoumat, zda jsou sociální sítě schopny nahradit pracovní portály jako jobs.cz, prace.cz apod. Dále porovnat způsob a formu jakou společnosti prezentují nová/volná pracovní místa na internetu. V neposlední řadě zjistit, jak pracovníci HR v organizacích vidí sociální sítě jako nový nástroj náboru zaměstnanců. The thesis is focused on social networks and their influence on HR in organizations during the process of choosing new employees. The thesis is divided in two parts: Theoretical part contains history of the social networks and explanation of related theories, description of labour market and analysis of job boards and social networks in relation to HR. Practical part (research) is focused on analysis of interviews, answer sheets etc. The aim is to research, if the social networks could replace job boards as jobs.cz, prace.cz etc. Next aim of the thesis is to compare the form - how the companies offer new/vacant jobs on internet. Another focus is to discover how the HR specialists evaluate the use of social networks to help the recruitment of new employees and what their experience with this way of recruiting is.
