Bakalářská práce se předně zabývá analýzou dopadu rozhodnutí ratingových agentur o změně ratingové známky na cenu akcií bankovních institucí v krátkém období. Předmětem práce je ovšem i definování termínu "rating", popis jeho dělení a historie a popis stanovování ratingu a jeho následné udělení, to vše se zaměřením především na bonitní hodnocení bank. Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of impact of changes in credit rating on prizes of share prizes in banking sector. The subject of this thesis is also defining the term rating, it's different types, history of rating and the description of rating methodology with primary focus on creditworthiness of banks.
