Práce shrnuje základní poznatky z oblasti správy a řízení sportovních organizací (sport governance) a způsob jejich aplikace. V aplikační části práce je provedena analýza v konkrétní sportovní organizaci.Zabývá se tím, kdo a jakým způsobem správu a řízení této organizace zajišťuje. Dále stanovuje důvody a dopady změny právní formy na současné fungování klubu. This thesis summarizes basic knowledge of sport governance and methods of their application. In the second part of the thesis is made analysis in specific sport organization. This analysislooks at ways to ensure corporate governance in this organization and it also provides causes and effects of change of the legal form on the current situation of a club.
