Cílem této diplomové práce je strategická analýza společnosti Unicorn Systems a.s. V první části je popsán teoretický postup strategické analýzy, který je následně rozpracován v části praktické. Konkrétně jde o externí analýzu -- analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí, o interní analýzu a o konkurenční strategie. Závěr práce pak obsahuje zhodnocení strategie podniku a případná doporučení, která z analýzy vycházejí. This thesis focuses on strategic analysis of Unicorn Systems, joint-stock company. The first part describes theoretical process of strategic analysis which continues to practical part. It contains external analysis, internal analysis and competitive strategy. The end of the thesis contains evaluations of strategy analysis and recommendations.
