[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na firemní kulturu společnosti KPMG Česká Republika. Hlavním cílem bylo podrobněji popsat firemní kulturu KPMG Česká republika a společnost KPMG jako takovou. V úvodní části bakalářské práce se věnuji teoretickým základům. Vysvětlila jsem pojmy kultura a firemní kultura. S odvoláním na odbornou literaturu (Šigut Zdeněk: Firemní kultura a lidské zdroje; Geert Hofstede: Kultury a organizace Software lidské mysli) byly popsány vnější a vnitřní determinanty firemní kultury. Na úvodní část navazuje obecné představení společnosti KPMG Česká republika. Začala jsem popsáním historie, služeb, které firma poskytuje. Další část je věnovaná firemní kultuře KPMG. Čtenáři jsou seznámeni s hodnotami KPMG, kariérním rozvojem a růstem ve společnosti, pracovní mobilitou, společenskou odpovědností firmy (CSR), podporou rovnováhy mezi pracovním a soukromým životem zaměstnanců ze strany firmy, s utužováním vnitřní sounáležitosti při sportovních, kulturních akcích a při tréninkových programech, firemním jazykem a kulturou odívání ve společnosti.The aim of this work is to analyze the corporate culture of KPMG Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is based on theory about culture and corporate culture. Next is a description of KPMG itself. This part is followed by a detailed characterization of the KPMG corporate culture with focus on Corporate Social Responsibility, external and internal communication, corporate language, career mobility, social and sports activities, and personal development of employees.
