Hodnocení složek intelektuálního kapitálu firmy se zaměřením na lidský kapitál a s tím spojená analýza a komparace procesů vzdělavaní a rozvoje ve firmě. Popís konceptu a funkci intelektuálního kapitálu. Rozložení intelektuálního kapitálu na složky a popís struktury. Provedení teoretické analýzy vztahu intelektuálního kapitálu a duševního vlastnictví. Popís současného stavu hodnocení duševního vlastnictví a nehmotných aktiv. Charakteristika metod oceňovaní intelektuálního kapitálu. Rozpor mezi standardy účetnictví a oceňování. Analýza možností rozvoje personalní složky intelektuálního kapitálu. Provedení souhrnného hodnocení lidského kapitálu firmy při použití metody přidělení vah, dotazovaní zaměstnanců a manažerů, a vypracování planu zvýšení kvalifikace zaměstnanců na příští rok.
