Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikováním organizační kultury ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat převažující charakter organizace a ověřit, zda daný charakter organizace je v souladu napříč organizační strukturou. This work is focused on organizational culture in a specific institution. The aim is to identify the main institution character according to W. Bridges and to compare the match with the organizational structure of the specified institution.
