Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současné činnosti společnosti ARTE spol. s r.o. působící na českém trhu v oblasti prodeje stavební, komunální a techniky se záměrem odhalit slabé či silné stránky analyzované společnosti a zároveň aktuální či budoucí tržní příležitosti a hrozby. V návaznosti na provedenou analýzu se pokusím sestavit strategický plán vycházející ze zjištěných skutečných a snažící o vytvoření souboru doporučení pro budoucí vývoj analyzované společnosti. To vše s ohledem na současný, poměrně nepříznivý, vývoj českého stavebnictví po roce 2009. The goal of this thesis is to analyze current activities of the company ARTE spol. s r.o. which operates on the market with construction, municipal and agriculture machinery with the aim to find and describe possible strengths and weaknesses and in the same time also possible market possibilities and threats. In the connection to this analysis I will try to create a strategic plan, consisting of a set of recommendations for the upcoming years of the analyzed company. This will be done considering the recent, a bit unfavourable, progress of the construction industry after the year 2009.
