Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem ekonomiky Velké Británie v letech 2007 až 2011. Hlavní důraz klade na analýzu základních makroekonomických indikátorů v období hospodářské krize posledních let. První část práce stručně popisuje vývoj ekonomiky Velké Británie před rokem 2007. Druhá část již zkoumá příčiny a dopady hospodářské krize na ekonomiku Velké Británie počínaje rokem 2007 za pomoci analýzy makroekonomických indikátorů. V poslední části práce je nastíněna budoucnost ekonomiky Velké Británie v letech 2012 a 2013. Bachelor thesis deals with development of UK economy during time period from 2007 to 2011. Main emphasis is put on the analysis of basic macroeconomic indicators during period of economic crisis of the latest years. The first part of the thesis briefly describes development of UK economy before 2007. The second part pursues causes and impacts of the economic crisis on UK economy started in 2007 using analysis of macroeconomic indicators. The last part of the thesis outlines the future of UK economy in 2012 and 2013.
