Cílem této práce je na základě vybraných států a jejich přístupů k jaderné energetice posoudit, zda má tento zdroj energie v dnešním kontextu v Evropské unii budoucnost. Významná část je věnována aktuální situaci Německa a jeho plánu odstoupit od jádra. Klíčovou otázkou je, jaký dopad bude mít jejich rozhodnutí na ostatní členské státy EU a zejména na Českou republiku. The aim of this thesis is to consider on the basis of the chosen states and their approaches to the nuclear power if this source of energy has today in European Union the future. The significant part is engaged in actual situation in Germany and its plan to withdrawal from the nuclear energy. The key question is which impact will have its decision on the other member states of the EU and particularly on the Czech Republic.
