An analysis of territorial financial management of an autonomous entity. The structure of revenues and expenses within the budget and the economic result of the Olbramkostel township in the years 2006 to 2010. Strategic documents and the creation of a budget plan as a tool to economically plan for development in the Olbramkostel township. Recommendations aiming to ensure effective management of the township and use of financial resources.
