Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma společných rozpočtů EU. Kromě obecných charakteristik a historie společných rozpočtů EU, se v práci nalézají perspektivy nového tisíciletí, na které je práce především zaměřena, konkrétně se jedná o perspektivy 2000-2006, 2007--2013 a nastiňuje i možnou podobu připravovaného dalšího sedmiletého finančního rámce 2014-2020,včetně plánované revize. The bachelor thesis works out the theme of common EU budgets. In addition to general characteristics and the history of the common EU budget, there occur perspectives of new millennium , on which is thesis primarily focused, specifically it is about financial framework 2000-2006, 2007-2013 and also outlines the possible form of next seven-year financial framework 2014-2020, including scheduled revision.
