Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou slaďování rodinného a profesního života u žen na vysokých pozicích. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda je to z pohledu samotných manažerek vůbec možné, jaký na to mají názor a jakým způsobem se jim podařilo skloubit tyto dvě oblasti života. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky, které k tomuto tématu vztahují, od motivátorů přes bariéry ženské manažerské práce až po přístup zaměstnavatelů k ženám v řídících pozicích. Empirická část je založena na informacích, které poskytly ženy na vysokých postech. K tomu účelu byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum. Informace byly získány částečně formou hloubkových rozhovorů a částečně formou dotazníkového šetření. This thesis deals with the balancing of family and professional lives for women in high management positions. The main objective is to determine whether, from the perspective of managers themselves, it is possible to achieve a balance and to see how they have managed to combine these two areas of life. The research section covers a cross section of current knowledge on this topic including reserach on motivation, barriers in the workplace and challeneges for women in accessing high level management positions. The empirical part is based on information provided by women in high positions. For this purpose, qualitative research was conducted. Information was obtained partly through in-depth interviews and partly in the survey.
