Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností řešení spotřebitelských sporů v rozhodčím řízení. Nejprve je popsán mechanismus rozhodčího řízení v České republice, dále to, jak je možné ochránit spotřebitele při uzavírání rozhodčích smluv. Nakonec je vysvětleno, jak se rozhodčí řízení využívá v rámci vybraných evropských států a jak je v těchto státech realizována ochrana spotřebitele při řešení sporů ze spotřebitelských smluv právě pomocí arbitráže. The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibility of consumer dispute resolution via arbitration. First, the mechanism of arbitration in the Czech Republic is described, then the way how consumers can be protected in case they conclude an arbitration contract. Finally, it is explained how the arbitration is used in some of the European countries and what approach to consumer protection they apply in this field.
